As a process, all products requested for refund would be checked by our QC team, if they are unused are in good condition to enable further sale. Also, if the items are completely intact and if these conditions are met, we would be happy to process your refund.
REFUND CYCLE
Normally it takes 7 - 10 working days for the completion of our refund process. The process of refund starts when the product reaches our warehouse and the QC team has given the approval.
Due to highly customized nature, Single Vision lenses will have a restocking fee of ₹1000/- and Progressive Lenses will have a restocking fee of ₹3000/-.

Return/Refund cannot be processed if:
- Opened/tampered box packaging.
- Unopened box & accessories elements inside the box (lenses)
- Unused lenses but the box is opened.
