Warranty Policy

WARRANTY COVERAGE:
SHISEN FOX warrants the covered product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer and customer must provide proof of purchase.

SHISEN FOX Eyeglasses and Sunglasses purchased from SHISENFOX.COM

WARRANTY COVERAGE:
SHISEN FOX warrants the Covered Product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original buyer.

Within the warranty period, SHISEN FOX will repair or replace free of charge, any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized SHISEN FOX expert technician.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

  1. Only authentic SHISEN FOX products will be warranted.
  2. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal use, including but not limited to: damage, defect or breakage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, and improper or unreasonable use of the product.
  3. Lens scratching or accidental frame wreckage.
  4. Frames that have been lost or stolen.
  5. Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a SHISEN FOX authorized technician.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE:

If you have purchased your product from shisenfox.com and it is still within the Warranty Coverage period, please e-mail support@shisenfox.com with the subject line “Warranty Service Request” for instructions and support.

Kindly note that SHISEN FOX does not cover the shipping costs for any warranty/repair’s requests. We suggest you use a trackable shipping service as SHISEN FOX is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport.
